Food: Please feed kitten a HIGH QUALITY kitten food. Right now kitten is on: PURINA ONE HEALTHY
KITTEN. Remember, when introducing a different food, make sure to slowly give the new food by
mixing with the PURINA ONE HEALTHY KITTEN for a period of 2 weeks. If you do not mix, your kitten will
get diarrhea/vomiting because he/she is not used to a different food.
HEALTH GUARANTEE: It is the buyers sole responsibility to have the cat/kitten examined by a
veterinarian (at buyers expense) of their choice within 5 days (from the time kitten leaves care of seller)
in order for the health guarantee to be active. If the vet identifies an illness, the buyer must contact the
seller immediately and provide the vets summary. Seller will then pay for treatment of illness up to
$50.00, during this 5 day period only. If the kitten is INCURABLE, it must be returned to the seller. Seller
will then replace the kitten or refund the full sales price. Seller cannot control the environment of the
cat/kittens new home, and therefore cannot be held responsible for any health problems resulting from
such. Kitten must be quarantined during this 5 day period from any other animals in the house or health
guarantee is null and void.
Fatal congenital defects (that might not be apparent in early life): If your vet identifies a FATAL
congenital defect (does not include colds, viruses, parasites, or bacterial infections) within kittens first
year of life, there will be a 100% replacement with the first available kitten from another litter of equal
value from SpottedFever Bengals (no cash refund).
*Fertility guarantee if purchased as a breeder: Cat must be bred to 2 different males/females for
infertility to be determined and be a minimum of 1.5 years old at time of first breeding. Cat must be
spayed/neutered first before you can get a replacement kitten from first available litter. Vet papers must
be shown to prove cat was spayed/neutered.
*Breeder cats must be spayed/neutered and petted out when you are finished breeding them. They
cannot be placed or sold into another cattery.
*The seller will not replace or refund sales price for any kitten, which has not received adequate care
from the new owner. It is the sole responsibility of the new owner to seek immediate veterinary care
should the cat/kitten show any signs of illness or distress. Failure to do so will render any and all
guarantees null and void. Any cat/kitten for which the buyer expects a refund or replacement must be
returned to the seller for verification of the cat/kittens identity.
*Under no circumstances will cat/kitten be sold to a pet store, research lab or similar facility. If buying
as a breeder, offspring will not be sold to a pet store, research lab or similar facility.
*The cat/kitten will be kept INDOORS at all times unless provided a secure outdoor enclosure, or when
kept on a secure leash/harness or in a carrier. If the cat/kitten is ever found to be mistreated, neglected,
or if buyer is in any violation of this contract whatsoever, buyer will surrender cat, any/all offspring and
all registration papers to seller without any compensation.
** IF FOR ANY REASON BUYER CANNOT KEEP KITTEN/CAT DUE TO UN-FORESEEN REASONS, BUYER IS
TO CONTACT SELLER FIRST; THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS UNTIL KITTEN/CAT IS SOLD TO SOMEONE
ELSE MINUS MY FEE OF $100 PLUS ANY MEDICAL COSTS THE KITTEN MUST HAVE!!! DO NOT
SURRENDER KITTEN/CAT TO ANY ANIMAL SHELTER OR ASPCA.

THIS CONTRACT IS LEGALLY BINDING TO ALL PARTIES INVOLVED. Any legal fees incurred in upholding
this contract will be paid by the purchaser.
